Change or cancel your plan

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Angle plan.

You can manage your Angle subscription from the Plans page.

Change your plan

To upgrade or downgrade:

  1. Open Angle
  2. Go to Plans
  3. Review the available plans
  4. Choose the plan you want
  5. Confirm the change in Shopify billing

If you are upgrading, your new plan may unlock higher monthly limits for AI replies, products, and Knowledge Base items.

If you are downgrading, check your current usage first. A lower plan may have lower limits.

Cancel during a free trial

If you cancel while you are still in a free trial, paid access ends immediately.

Angle may stop providing paid-plan features after the trial cancellation is confirmed.

Cancel after the trial

If you cancel after your trial has ended, cancellation usually takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

You can continue using the current plan until the cancellation effective date shown in Angle or Shopify billing.

What to check before downgrading or canceling

Before changing plans, review:

  • AI replies used this month
  • Product limit
  • Knowledge Base limit
  • Whether Angle is currently live on your storefront
  • Any support or onboarding needs
