Choose an agent personality

Choose a Personality that matches your brand voice.

Personality controls how the Angle Agent sounds when talking to shoppers.

It does not replace your product data or Knowledge Base. It only helps shape the tone of the conversation.

Personality Options

Angle includes general personalities such as:

  • Friendly
  • Professional
  • Luxury
  • Bold & Playful
  • Expert
  • Concise

Angle also includes industry-style personalities such as:

  • Fashion Stylist
  • Beauty Advisor
  • Tech Specialist
  • Wellness Guide
  • Food Enthusiast
  • Pet Parent

Step 1: Open Playbook

In Angle, go to:

  1. Training
  2. Playbook

Step 2: Choose A Personality

Pick the personality that best matches your brand.

If you are not sure, start with Friendly or Professional.

Step 3: Save Your Changes

After saving, Angle will use the selected personality in future shopper conversations.

Tips

  • Use Friendly for most stores
  • Use Concise if shoppers usually want quick answers
  • Use Expert if your products are technical or need explanation
  • Use Luxury if your brand voice is more refined
