Angle is not showing on my store

Check why the Angle Agent is not visible on your storefront.

If the Angle Agent is not visible on your storefront, start with these checks.

1. Check The Theme App Embed

Open your Shopify theme editor and make sure the Angle app embed is turned on.

After turning it on, click Save.

2. Check The Right Theme

Make sure you enabled Angle on the theme your shoppers are actually using.

If you enabled Angle on a draft theme, it may not appear on your live storefront.

3. Check Angle Settings

Open Angle and go to Settings.

Make sure the widget is enabled.

Also check the selected position. If the button is hidden behind another storefront element, try a different position.

4. Refresh Your Storefront

Open your storefront in a new tab or refresh the page.

If you use browser caching or theme preview links, try a normal storefront URL.

5. Check Mobile And Desktop

Angle can have different placement on mobile and desktop.

If it appears on one device but not the other, check the position settings for each view.

  • Your Shopify store URL
  • The theme name
  • Whether Angle is enabled in App embeds
  • A screenshot of the page where Angle is missing
