Contact Angle support

Know what to include when you contact Angle support.

If you cannot resolve an issue with the help center, contact Angle support.

The fastest way to get help is to include enough detail for the support team to understand the store, page, and behavior you are seeing.

How to contact support

You can contact support from inside Angle when the support messenger is available.

You can also email hello@askangle.com.

What to include

Include:

  • Your Shopify store URL
  • The page where the issue happens
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if useful
  • The approximate time you noticed the issue

For Angle not showing

Include:

  • The theme name
  • Whether Angle is enabled in Shopify App embeds
  • Whether Angle is enabled in Angle Settings
  • Whether the issue happens on desktop, mobile, or both

For product sync issues

Include:

  • Product name
  • Product URL
  • Whether the product is active in Shopify
  • Whether the product is available for sale
  • What looks missing or outdated in Angle

For billing questions

Include:

  • Your current plan
  • The plan you want to change to, if applicable
  • A screenshot of any billing message you see

Do not send full payment card details.
