Use it to understand shopper needs, review answer quality, and find training gaps.

What You Can See

Depending on your store activity, Conversations can show:

  • Conversation volume
  • Resolved and unresolved conversations
  • Unhelpful responses
  • Shopper sessions
  • Conversation timelines
  • Product recommendations shown in chat
  • Order tracking interactions
  • Conversion-related conversations

How To Review A Conversation

  1. Open Conversations
  2. Choose a session or conversation
  3. Read the shopper's question
  4. Review Angle's answer
  5. Check any product cards, citations, or actions shown

What To Look For

Look for patterns like:

  • Shoppers asking the same question repeatedly
  • Missing product details
  • Confusing policies
  • Products shoppers cannot find
  • Answers that need more training content

What To Do With What You Learn

If shoppers ask questions Angle cannot answer well:

  • Add a Q&A
  • Add or update a Knowledge Base article
  • Add a Playbook rule
  • Update your product information in Shopify
