Product sync issues

Troubleshoot missing, outdated, or unrecommended products.

If products are missing, outdated, or not being recommended, check product sync first.

Check Sync Status

Open:

  1. Training
  2. Catalog

Look for the sync status and product count.

Common Reasons Products Are Missing

Products may be missing if:

  • The product was added recently and has not synced yet
  • The product is not active in Shopify
  • The product is not available for sale
  • The product is outside your current plan limit
  • The sync is still running

What To Check In Shopify

Open the product in Shopify and confirm:

  • Product status is active
  • The product is available on the right sales channel
  • Variants are set up correctly
  • Inventory and availability are correct

What To Check In Angle

Open Angle and check:

  • Catalog sync status
  • Current plan product limit
  • Whether other products from the same collection are synced

If A Recently Updated Product Looks Old

Wait a few minutes and refresh.

Some changes may need time to sync from Shopify.

Contact Support

If the issue continues, contact support with:

  • Store URL
  • Product name
  • Product URL
  • What looks wrong
  • When the product was added or updated
