What Your Agent Knows
This is the information Angle can use to answer shoppers.
It includes:
- Products
- Product variants
- Product details
- Knowledge Base articles
- Q&As
- Synced Shopify policies
Angle uses this information to answer product questions, recommend products, and explain store policies.
How Your Agent Behaves
This controls the tone and selling behavior of the Angle Agent.
It includes:
- Personality
- Rules
Personality controls how the agent sounds.
Rules tell the agent how to handle specific situations. For example, you can tell Angle to prioritize certain products, recommend items under a certain price, or guide shoppers toward a specific collection.
Start Simple
You do not need to train everything on day one.
Start with:
- Make sure products are synced
- Add your most common Q&As
- Pick a personality
- Add one or two important rules
You can improve training over time as you see what shoppers ask.
