Understand how product sync works and why products may be missing.
Angle syncs your Shopify products so the Angle Agent can recommend products and answer product questions.
What Product Sync Includes
Product sync can include:
- Product titles
- Product descriptions
- Product variants
- Tags
- Collections
- Images
- Availability details
- Other product information available from Shopify
When Sync Happens
Angle keeps your catalog updated through product sync and Shopify updates.
Some updates may appear quickly. Larger catalog changes can take longer.
Where To Check Sync Status
Open:
- Training
- Catalog
You can see whether your products are synced or if something needs attention.
Why Products May Be Missing
Products may be missing if:
- The sync is still running
- The product is not active in Shopify
- The product is not available for sale
- Your plan product limit has been reached
- The product was recently added and has not synced yet
What To Do If Sync Looks Wrong
Start with:
- Wait a few minutes and refresh
- Confirm the product is active in Shopify
- Confirm the product is available for sale
- Check your plan limits
If the issue continues, contact support with the shop name and an example product.
