How To Use It
Open Conversations and review the Intelligence section.
Look for topics with repeated questions or lower resolution.
If Angle suggests an action, review it and decide whether to update your training.
Example
If shoppers often ask about sizing and the answers are unclear, Angle may suggest adding a size guide article.
If shoppers often ask for gifts and Angle does not recommend the right products, you may add a Playbook rule for gift recommendations.
When Reports Appear
Angle Intelligence is based on conversation data.
If your store does not have enough conversations yet, there may not be enough data to show useful patterns.
