Understand how Angle influences purchases.

Attribution helps you see when Angle influenced a shopper's path to purchase.

It is not only about purchases made directly inside chat. Angle can also help shoppers discover products, then complete the purchase elsewhere on your store.

Attribution Types

Angle tracks three main conversion paths.

Direct

A direct conversion happens when a shopper adds a product to cart from inside the Angle conversation.

Assisted By Chat Engagement

This means the shopper had a conversation with Angle, then purchased after that engagement.

Assisted By Product Discovery

This means the shopper discovered or viewed a product through Angle, then added or bought it elsewhere on the store.

Where To See Attribution

Open the Home page and review conversion activity or revenue influenced by Angle.

You can open a conversion detail to see the related session timeline.
