Use Smart Nudges
Invite shoppers to open Angle at useful moments.
Smart Nudges help invite shoppers to use Angle at useful moments.
They are designed to appear when a shopper may need help, such as when they are browsing products or showing signs of purchase intent.
Before You Start
Smart Nudges work with the standard Angle button.
If you are using a legacy button style, switch to the standard button in Settings first.
Step 1: Open Settings
In Angle, go to Settings.
Step 2: Use The Standard Button
Choose the standard Angle button style.
Step 3: Turn On Smart Nudges
Find Smart Nudges in your settings and turn them on.
Save your changes.
What Shoppers See
When Smart Nudges are active, shoppers may see small prompts near the Angle launcher.
The goal is to help shoppers open Angle when it is useful, not to interrupt every visit.
Tips
- Keep the standard button visible
- Check mobile and desktop after enabling
- Avoid placing the button where it covers checkout or cart actions
- Review Conversations to see if more shoppers start asking useful questions
