What Counts As Usage
The main usage unit is AI replies.
An AI reply is a response generated by Angle for a shopper.
Plans also include product and Knowledge Base limits.

Rules Limit
Each store can add up to 10 Playbook rules.
This limit is the same across plans.
Shopify Policies
Shopify legal pages synced by Angle, such as refund, privacy, and terms pages, do not count toward Knowledge Base caps.

Open Plans in Angle.
You can see your current plan and usage.
What Happens If You Reach A Limit
If you reach your monthly AI reply limit, Angle may stop serving shopper replies until your usage resets or you upgrade.
If you reach your product or Knowledge Base limit, some items may not be available to Angle until you upgrade or reduce the number of items.
Usage resets every billing cycle.
